Salland four-day walking event

Do you want to be able to enjoy beautiful nature, a varied landscape of Salland and also be active.

Then the four-day walking event Raalte is for you.

In 2025, this four-day event is scheduled for: 21 to 24 October

Various distances can be walked.

There is a special 8-kilometre route for children.

yuman race

The yuman race is a now nationally known obstacle race with participants from home and abroad.

This year (2025) it is scheduled on 6 and 7 September in Nijverdal.

For children, there will be a dedicated obstacle run on 6 September.

In addition, like last year, there will also be a yuman half marathon.

Hellendoorn Rally

Fans of car and rallying will once again be able to indulge themselves at this year's Hellendoorn Rally.

Top drivers from home and abroad will compete for the velbegerde title.

It is also well worth it for spectators as the various class stages can be viewed for free.

Did you know that the MTB Route Hellendoorn-Nijverdal has won the public award "The Golden Shovel 2022"? This is the most prestigious recognition for the best MTB Trail based on maintenance and riding experience! And from our park you can follow this trail! Besides the Hellendoorn-Nijverdal route you can also follow the Hellendoorn route. Both routes are signposted and can also be ridden as one big route since they cross each other.
